The Ethics Monitor serves as a practical tool to help organisations measure, monitor and proactively manage their ethics. The company also offers customised consulting, workshops and training to improve ethics in organisations.
We developed a marketing strategy and are currently implementing it. This encompasses direct marketing, PR/media relations, website, client newsletter, speaking engagements, social media.

Nico van der Meulen Architects is one of South Africa's leading architectural practices, having designed over 4 000 upmarket, contemporary residences and other buildings over three decades.
Waterfall Marketing established pages on social media sites Twitter, Facebook and Linked In and manages the content for these sites.

In early 2010, South Africa's fifth largest auditing firm launched BCom Connect, a social networking site for the BCom community.
Waterfall Marketing manages the content for this site, and assists with implementation of various marketing tactics to encourage sign up of new members.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RESEARCH
For one of Gauteng's leading dry cleaning and shoe repair chains, we conducted research into customer service at most of their stores in Johannesburg and Pretoria. This resulted in a report of our findings as well as recommendations for some improvements in customer care.
